EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
If you wish to exchange or return an item(s) simply send us an email to email@example.com Please state you wish to request a return and include your order number and we will email you with a prepaid return label. To return your item(s) simply download the returns form below, include with your package and take to your local post office.

We guarantee to exchange or refund any full price item if you are not completely happy. Goods must be returned to us in condition as sold, within 30 days of purchase (7 days for sale items). Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment once goods are received and checked.
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy
We offer pre paid returns for customers within the U.K
Products must be securely packed and returned in unused, unwashed and unworn condition with original tags attached
For returning items we will not be held liable for items lost or damaged in transit and highly recommend that you obtain proof of postage from your local post office
All sale items must be returned within 7 days
The reimbursement will be credited without undue delay to the purchaser’s original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
We do not accept returns for items shipped internationally
All transactions are taken in pounds sterling (£). If your credit card is in any other currency, the rate of exchange will be that of your card issuer and you may be charged an international fee by them.
We offer free exchanges on the first exchange, if you wish to exchange again you will be asked to cover the postage costs
